This job is ideal for someone who is available during the day-time and who lives in Manor, Texas or within 5 miles of the job-site.
Note: This is a small facility (3 offices, 1 single stall restroom, 1 small break room, small lobby)
This is a day-time cleaning job that occurs only 1 day per week.
It takes approximately 1 - 1.5 hours to clean.
The cleaning must begin between 3pm - 4pm every Monday and must be finished no later than 5pm.
- Must have professional cleaning experience and be comfortable cleaning while staff is still on site
- Must provide your own cleaning chemicals and/or cleaning supplies
- Must be able to work independently and unsupervised
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and self-motivated to satisfy the client.
Requirements:
- Valid Government Issued ID such as DL or Gov't ID Card
- Valid SS#, Tax ID (TIN), or EIN number
- Have your own vacuum (all other equipment is on site)
General Responsibilities (but not limited too):
- Sweeping and Mopping Floor
- Sanitizing counter-tops/desks, cleaning restrooms, breakroom, and general office spaces
- Dusting window sills and ledges
- Removal of trash
- Cleaning front door glass; etc.
This position pays 240.00 per month. (remember it is only 1 day per week for 1 to maybe 1.5hrs of work per week)
50% of the monthly pay is issued on the 20th of the month (for work done the 1st - 15th) and the other 50% on the 5th of the month (for work done from the16th - 30th/31st of the month).
