I need nonsmoking ,transportation and SSN people who are experienced in makereadies. These are unoccupied houses that we get ready to rent .This work is all over Austin metro and surrounding cities.
Which involves painting , fencing,landscaping,faucets, fans , flush mount lights , etc.
I need separate cleaners to do each house. These is very important that the house is spotless. Getting on your hands and knees to clean around toilets etc.
Starting pay is $18 per hour until I see what you can do.Wednesday ends the week to be paid that Friday. Contract labor 1099.
