Iriaquez Ironworks is looking to hire a Driver / Welder to join our growing team. No experience is required—just a willingness to learn and grow with us.
HIRING MULTIPLE POSITIONS!
Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to travel extensively (up to 50%) and stay overnight as needed (all expenses paid).
Comfortable working Saturdays.
Reliable and punctual, with strong attention to detail.
Maintain a clean driving record and comply with all local, state, and federal transportation laws.
Assist with loading and unloading materials when necessary.
Welder (No experience required)
On-the-job training available!
Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal structures based on project specifications.
Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, or other welding techniques.
Work on-site and travel to different project locations, including residential and commercial sites.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality results and meet project deadlines.
Safely operate tools and equipment related to metalwork and welding.
Assist in the installation of fences, metal structures, and custom pieces.
