We are seeking experienced and reliable door installers to join the ADW team as an Independent 1099 Subcontractor!
SCOPE:
Install are for remodel single interior/exterior doors with few new construction. Installer should be experienced in installing interiors, exteriors, patio, french, storm, security, bipass, sliding units, barn, security, etc.
LOCATION:
Austin, Georgetown, Round Rock
BENEFITS:
Contractors are paid on a percentage basis (60%), by job type
Get paid every other Friday, direct deposit with a pay breakdown
Our subcontractors typically makes $75k+ annually (pay depends on the door, $250 - $450 per door, and how many doors you feel comfortable installing per day)
Steady work year round. No no need to bid or advertise. We’ll keep you busy daily!

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation
Must provide own power tools - IE: trim carpentry/door installation tools
Commercial General Liability insurance (minimum $1M policy)
Truck (not SUV), trailer, or some way to transport products to job sites
EPA Lead RRP Certified Renovator (Lead Safe Work Practices Training) - willing to cover training costs
Installer will be responsible for its own waste disposal
This opportunity is for independent subcontractors only, not crews, with an exception of one helper per lead installer. Helper must pass background clearance. EPA Lead certification not required for helper.
