Requirement is at least 3 years crew lead erosion control experience with good reference and background check.
$500 Sign-On Bonus After 3 months probation period.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Crew Leader to join our team immediately. Prior experience in erosion control is required.

Requirements:
Valid Texas driver’s license (clean record required)
Experience driving trailers
Reliable transportation
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Strong leadership and communication skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities:
Lead a crew of 3 to 5 people
Communicate with field and construction managers throughout the day
Assist the crew with daily tasks
Ensure trucks and trailers are clean and well-maintained
Pay close attention to detail
Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Schedule & Advancement:
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
