We are currently a group of established Physical Therapists and massage therapists located on the first floor, in a busy cluster of commercial offices buildings in Westlake, hoping to create a common workspace for other health professionals to be able to support each other and cross-refer. You can rent your own room and keep EVERYTHING you make! 100% of it is yours, it's your business.
We have 2 rooms left ranging from 120 ft to 360 ft with full-time availability. There are total of 7 rooms plus shared common space which includes the reception area, recently renovated kitchenette and new carpeting. The rooms start at $750/month including utilities, internet and shared common spaces. It could also be available to split half time with another practitioner (something you would organize, not us). Rents are paid month to month. No credit check required but first and last months rent would be submitted with sucessful application.
Our treatment rooms are perfect for people who are just starting out AND those who are fully established. Practitioners who would fit in well include physical therapy specialists in balance, women's health or orthopedics, acupuncturists, dieticians, nutritionists, personal trainers, body workers, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurse practitioners, alternative healing professionals, etc. We have a beautiful waiting room and shared front desk coordinator here to greet your patients when they arrive though you would be responsible for your own scheduling unless negotiated otherwise.
Our physical therapy clinic focuses on one-on-one attention with each client, in a healing space, so we pride ourselves on a comfortable and relaxing feel which makes it easy for other allied health professionals to easily fit it.
