If you love organizing chaos, thrive in fast-paced environments, and take serious pride in doing things right the first time—read on.
We’re a high-performance property management company managing short-term rentals. We’re largely a remote team but need “boots on the ground” for our East Austin properties. We’re looking for a sharp, grounded, fast-moving assistant to help keep things running smoothly in the field—handling everything from supply restocks to vendor coordination to emergency troubleshooting.
Your Mission:
Support our team in the field with errands, supply management, coordination, and on-the-ground problem solving.
Your Week Might Include:
Running errands (mail pickup, returns, local supply runs)
Re-coding locks and checking breaker boxes
Restocking cleaner closets (labeling, folding, organizing)
Coordinating with vendors (HVAC, pest control, etc.)
Property walkthroughs with photo/video documentation
Dropping off permits or paperwork at city offices
Occasional personal errands (Amazon returns, car drop-offs, scanning etc)
Assembling furniture or doing light handy tasks if skilled
Who You Are:
Friendly and professional – you represent our brand in the field
Fast-moving and clear-headed – our days can shift quickly
Naturally organized – your car, calendar, and closet all make sense
Tech-comfortable – we’ll train you on tools, but you don’t panic at new apps
Detail-obsessed – if you notice the lockbox was off by one digit, you fix it
Resourceful – when something breaks or someone flakes, you don’t
Solution-oriented – when you hit an obstacle you find the way around, or through it
Committed to Excellence – high standards for yourself and others
Takes Extreme Ownership – no excuses, just solutions
Substance-free during all work hours – sharpness is non-negotiable
Bonus points: You’re handy with a drill or can swap a shower head
Minimum Requirements:
Comfortable with smartphones, apps, and Google Workspace
Knows how to check a breaker box and replace batteries/bulbs
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Valid driver's license + reliable car
Can navigate stairs and uneven surfaces safely
Background check required prior to hire
