Sugar Shack BBQ is hiring a lead Pit Tender - This shift is Wednesday thru Sunday - 4AM - NOON, working our outdoor Primitive Pits 1000 gallon pit.
Responsibilities Include:
Trimming Brisket, Pork Butts, Pork Ribs
Seasoning and Prep of all meats
Running the Pit, and smoking all meats, and some sides
General station and Pit Cleaning.
Must have 2 years verified experience running wood fired offset pits.
