We’re looking for a line cook who can execute with precision, show up with heart, and bring excellence to every shift. You’ll help prep and serve our signature burritos with speed, consistency, and care, always using local & thoughtfully sourced, high quality ingredients. What You’ll Do:
Prep, cook, and serve burritos and simple sides with speed and consistency
Follow set recipes and batch prep systems to maintain quality and efficiency
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization in a compact trailer kitchen
Bring a positive, team-focused attitude to weekend service and events
Support the kitchen lead or chef as needed with setup, breakdown, and restocking
You Are:
Fast, focused, and reliable in a kitchen setting
Proud to serve clean, high integrity food
Detail oriented and organized, even when it’s busy
Ready to learn, grow, and be part of a mission driven team
Available for weekend shifts and occasional events
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience in food trucks, casual kitchens, or high volume service
Are familiar with alternative flours, gluten-free prep, or clean ingredient standards
Care deeply about what goes into food—and what comes out of it.
