Kai Sushi is a sushi/Japanese restaurant located in the growing city Leander.
We are looking for experienced Servers (FT or PT)

Position Requirements:
Must have Sushi Restaurant Experience (Minimum 1year)
Must have good work ethic
Must be a team player
Should be willing to work Lunch (10:30-2:30) and Dinner (4:15-9:15) Shifts
Should be able to work at least one year or more (considering candidate who can work for a long time)
Willingness to learn
Excellent time management and communication skills
Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and/or busy times.
Must be able to work as part of a team and recognize the importance of each team member's role in the guest dining experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older or in accordance of state law.
High School diploma or GED preferred. Equivalent combination of education/experience will be considered. Culinary schooling preferred.
Guiding guests through menus, demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food and beverages
Taking accurate orders and partnering with team member to deliver great food
Providing friendly and attentive service
Assisting in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized and safe restaurant
Average hourly for hourly wage + tips is between $25-35/hour
We offer competitive pay based on experience.
Food handler's certification required prior to training for all positions.
We close on Sundays and holidays.
Open Hours Monday to Saturday 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM to 9 PM
