Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute our signature burrito menu with consistency and speed
Innovate and test seasonal or weekly rotating features using local, regeneratively sourced ingredients
Manage kitchen efficiency, organization, and food safety protocols
Collaborate on menu planning, batch prep systems, and flavor development
Represent the brand with professionalism and alignment with our mission
You Are:
Grounded in farm to table values with experience in high-volume service
Obsessed with flavor, freshness, and nutrition
Efficient and calm under pressure, with an eye for detail
Growth-minded and eager to help build something meaningful
Comfortable working weekends and events, and interacting with customers on occasion
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience with nose to tail cuisine and gluten free (or alternative flour) cooking
Have worked in food trucks, catering, or pop-ups
Bring a network of local supplier or culinary relationships
