Develop, test and optimize automation rules in response to changes in workflow processes and product changes.

Build features necessary for support issue classification and automation.

Identify and advocate for improvements in existing automated solutions and automation strategy.

Drive key performance metrics such as automation quality, volume mitigation, and operational efficiency.

Partner with data analytics, product, and operations experts to solve problems at scale.

Provide technical solutions in response to operational escalations, delivering the highest level of satisfaction.

Clearly communicate the status of your work to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Management, or a related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a data-analytics related occupation.

Experience must include 36 months involving the following:

Scripting languages or functional programming, such as PHP, Python, Java, or Haskell

Working with quantitative data

SQL

Building relationships among multiple teams

Working both autonomously and collaboratively, and

Communicating with and influencing technical and non-technical audiences.
