We are looking for a Supply Chain Program Manager to join our team. Our mission is to deliver capacity for all cloud services predictably through intelligent systems driven by continuous learning and a world class organization.The CSCP Organization is responsible for traditional supply chain functions such as Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, but also manages supportability (spares), decommissioning and disposition of Data center assets worldwide. We deliver the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, Skype, OneDrive and the Microsoft Azure platform for external customers. The primary focus will be on process improvements driving operational excellence.
Lead assigned strategic initiatives for the organization along with a project / cross functional team
Interface with demand/capacity planning, deployment, sourcing, logistics, finance, data center operations and engineering to build scalable processes, and tools, drive optimization, and garner supply chain efficiencies to improve delivery performance
Represent CSCP/CMOF (Cloud Manufacturing Operations and Fulfillment) in cross-org initiatives, and partner with internal teams on actions and deliverables
Collect, synthesize, and communicate fact-based insights to drive strategies, and decision making for leadership

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 3+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience
OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 1+ year(s) supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience
OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Quaifications:
Proficiency in data analytics to include Excel, Power BI, etc.
Verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations, with conflicting priorities and a high degree of change
5 years’ experience in high-tech supply chain
Experience in project or program management with proven track record of successfully setting up and executing operational processes
Lean-6 sigma black/green belt, PMP, Kaizen, CPIM/CSCP certification, or relevant project and process experience preferred
Supply Planning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
