Executive Leader, Talent Acquisition

Job DescriptionThe Executive Leader, Talent Acquisition is responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and leadership for the Talent Acquisition team dedicated to attracting and hiring the best talent for Whole Foods Market. The Executive Leader will be a hands-on agile leader, who can develop and drive short/long term recruitment strategies, be process-oriented, and utilize best practices to manage the full life cycle recruitment process. This role must possess excellent communication, organizational, negotiation, and presentation skills; including, the ability to effectively influence senior leaders. This position must also strengthen Whole Food Market employer branding strategies and practices including digital/social channels, engaging local communities and partners, and will also be responsible for managing external vendor relationships. The Executive Leader will monitor and analyze hiring activities to determine staffing effectiveness across Whole Foods Market and will have compliance responsibilities.
