Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to support our events team in planning and executing a wide range of corporate and promotional events. This role involves administrative support, vendor coordination, on-site assistance, and maintaining event timelines to ensure smooth operations.ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and coordinating event logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and vendor communicationsSupport the events team in managing timelines, budgets, and suppliesCommunicate with clients, suppliers, and partners in a professional mannerPrepare event materials such as signage, schedules, and registration listsHelp manage on-site setup, execution, and breakdown of eventsEnsure compliance with company policies and safety regulations during eventsTrack event feedback and assist with post-event reporting and evaluations
