Position: Field Technician

Responsibilities :
  • Team management skills, managing a team of minimum 5-6 resources.
  • Responsible for handling multiple sites(hospitals/clinics) within Chicago area
  • Drive and motivate the team
  • Customer relationship building
  • Customer escalation management
  • ServiceNow experience preferred
  • SLA and KPI management
  • Good knowledge on field services management (Desktop/End user computing)
  • Incident and request management
  • Familiar with ticketing tool
  • Reviewing technicians’ performance and utilization review
  • On call support
  • Report generation from ticketing tool
