Hello, I have a project that I'm hoping to see realized in 3D rendering form (and maybe in built form one day!). This is for a mid-rise residential building design that I have developed. Project involves meeting to understand the design parameters, then creating CAD files that would either allow for a 3D rendering to be made, or if responder could do the 3D rendering as well all the better. I'm not an architect, just a person with an idea that I'd like to see realized at least in a rendering. Payment for project would be determined after meeting. NDA will be required before meeting.
