We’re launching with a focus on safe, effective pest control — and we’re looking for a licensed Certified Applicator to join us as the Responsible Certified Applicator (RCA) on record.
This is a remote oversight role — no field work or labor required.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Certified Applicator (CA) licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture’s Structural Pest Control Service (TDA SPCS) to serve as the RCA on our business license. This role is ideal for someone who wants consistent income without performing treatments — perfect for semi-retired professionals, consultants, or experienced operators looking for a flexible side income.
Key Responsibilities:
Allow your license to be listed on our business license application as RCA
Provide general oversight of treatment protocols and compliance standards
Be available for regulatory questions and annual business license renewals
Assist with technician training documentation (minimal time commitment)
What You Won’t Do:
No spraying or performing treatments
No equipment handling
No customer service responsibilities
No on-call or after-hours duties
Qualifications:
Must be a Licensed Certified Applicator in the State of Texas (SPCS)
Must be eligible to serve as an RCA per TDA guidelines
Clean licensing record preferred
Willingness to provide oversight and maintain state compliance
Based in or familiar with the Austin Texas area
Compensation:
Option to increase compensation or transition into a long-term advisor role as the business scales
Bonus available after 12 months of continued service
