We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our store, manage daily operations, and drive the business to success. Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Manage Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities, including sales, inventory management, shipping/packaging, and customer service.
Profitability & Sales: Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Team Leadership & Development: Train, supervise, and motivate a team of staff members to deliver top-notch customer service and maintain store standards.
Proven Retail Management Experience: A background in managing retail stores, preferably in a pack-and-ship or similar environment.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate, lead, and manage a diverse team, fostering a collaborative, positive work environment.
Inventory Management: Basic math skills and experience with inventory control to manage stock levels and ordering needs.
Bilingual Preferred: While not required, bilingual proficiency is a plus for enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
Experience as an Assistant Manager: Previous experience in an assistant manager or supervisory role is advantageous.
