Hi all! We have an exciting opportunity coming up and are hiring professional, reliable event staff to assist with Box Office Ticket Sales and Registration for a two weekend music festival Tuesday, 10/2 - Sunday, 10/14! Pay is $14 per hour.
For the Box Office position, previous cash handling and/or ticket sales experience is required. The registration role is heavily customer service based. You will be assisting patrons onsite registration and troubleshooting any ticket support needs. Our ideal candidates are committed, customer-service oriented professionals, with flexible schedules.
Additional details below. Please note, we are looking for individuals who can commit to at least 2 shifts per weekend and at least one of them being an evening shift is required. If interested, please respond with your resume and/or relevant experience.
LOCATION: Zilker Metropolitan Park; Austin, TX
POSITIONS: Box Office Ticket Sales & Registration
PAY: $14Hr.
MANDATORY TRAINING: Tuesday, 10/2; 4pm-7pm
EVENT DAYS/HOURS:
Wednesday, 10/3 & Thursday, 10/4; 11am-7pm
Friday, 10/5 - Sunday, 10/7; shifts vary daily (9am-3pm, 2pm-9pm)
Friday, 10/12 - Sunday, 10/14; shifts vary daily (9am-3pm, 2pm-9pm)
Hours are subject to change & we are a W2 agency. This is an HOURLY, not a contract position.
