Customer Service position consists of answering incoming phone calls, describing our product to our customers, answering basic questions, troubleshooting and offering assistance with our product.
Hours for Customer Service are Tues, Wed and Thurs from 8am-5:30.
After training, Tues, Wed & Thurs is a work from home/remote position.
Assistant position consists of transferring calls, filing, packaging watches for shipping, logging incoming returns, etc. Requires basic office skills and lots of patience on the phone since most of our customers are elderly.
Hours for Assistant position are Mon and Fri. 8am-5pm with a bit of flexibility.
You will need to drive to the Spicewood location, so we are looking for someone that lives in or near Spicewood. Please have your own cell phone and your own reliable transportation. Starting pay is $18.00/hour. After 60 days and a review, pay will be $20.00/hour. We DO NOT pay cash. We pay by direct deposit and taxes will be taken out. Payroll is paid weekly.
No sales are involved. We will train you on the job. You MUST be able to fill BOTH positions. This is a very family oriented, casual, and easy-going work environment. We are looking for someone that wants a long-term position, since we will be doing a lot of training specific to our company.
