Customer Service Representative IV local to Austin, TX.Job Details: Job Title: Customer Service Representative IV Job Duration: 4 Months Contract on W2 Job Location: Austin, TX 78729 Job Description: The CS Contact Assessor will evaluate recorded customer contacts to help improve call categorization related to payments product experiences. This role will not actually interface with customer contacts but will instead help explore a new taxonomy to measure customer contacts by listening and evaluating recorded calls. Candidates should be experienced with phone-based customer contacts in a call center environment, preferably having mentored junior customer service representatives as well as having experience working directly with consultants.Job Responsibilities:Listen to recorded calls and assess and document reason for call on standardized template.Capture data with accurate notes and insights in a timely manner to meet desired number of datapoints over a given time period.Provide input and insight into what data consultant team is missing and/or what needs to change in the data collection process.
