As a Customer Service Attendant, you must have a passion for customer service and love helping people. You will greet customers coming in, answer their questions, and help troubleshoot any problems that may arise with our machines. You will also learn the ins-and-outs of our Wash, Dry, Fold laundry process. And you will keep the place clean and tidy.
We are a community-minded laundromat where people enjoy doing their laundry. You’ll get to know customers by name, and they will get to know you. It’s busy and fast-paced.
Customer Service Attendant Responsibilities:
Greet our customers and guests. Being bilingual is required.
Become a laundromat expert who is able to troubleshoot any issues with our machines
Sell laundry supplies and cover the front desk to keep our laundromat clean and welcoming
Wash, dry, and fold laundry according to our process
Care for our customer’s items as if they were your own
Clean the laundromat and keep it welcoming
Check in and organize laundry bags.
Sort and prepare laundry for the wash, dry, fold process.
Spot treat items that need special attention.
Transport laundry from washers to dryers.
Fold, pack, and package orders
Maintain accurate records of customer specifications & items laundered throughout the cleaning process.
Other duties as assigned
Compensation, Benefits and Culture:
This role starts at $15 per hour, with an opportunity to receive a 5% raise every 6 months
Earn tips with wash, dry fold service.
Weekly pay every Friday.

Job Requirements of a Customer Service Attendant:
Previous customer-facing customer service experience required
Bilingual in English & Spanish required
Prior experience working in a laundromat is a plus
Positive attitude and ability to problem solve
Ability to stand for 8 hour shift
