Job Role:Spend 10-15 hours a week annotating textual records for use in training and evaluating machine learning algorithms. Must Have Skills: • Bilingual English + reading proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Portuguese, French, German, Italian, or Spanish • Familiarity with data labeling and/or close reading of texts for other reasons (e.g., editing, data analysis) • Attention to detail • Available for a weekly meeting during typical work hours (Monday - Friday, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.). Majority of work can be done at other hours but must check in during the week for project updates. • Comfortable with video calls, checking and responding to email regularly, and using an instant messaging platform such as Slack Nice to have skills (not required): • Experience annotating text in a platform such as Prodigy, Appen/Figure • 8/CrowdFlower, Mechanical Turk, GATE, BRAT, etc. • Translation experienceVacancy caducado!
