I am looking for a bookkeeper for my growing accounting firm. Your primary roles will be:
1. Prepare books for all cleints
2. Contact the clients for follow up
3. Report to me directly but adminstratively to my accounting review manager
The position is starting out at $15 per hour. Yes, it is fully remote, but you must be available during business hours.
I am not interested in offshoring or a service. I am looking for someone to become a dedicated bookkeeper. If all goes well, there will be a pay increase within 30-90 days of being hired. I am looking for an experience bookkeeper that is wanting to work remotely, and has the discipline to work remotely and has a passion for bookkeeping. I will also receive tax training as having some tax knowledge will be important for this role; however, you will not be required to prepare tax returns.
I apologize, but I cannot hire someone that is still learning how to do bookkeeping. I need someone that can come in and take over. I also need someone that can work and be available during business hours.
