The Account Manager is responsible for the establishment and retention of commercial, construction, or event services to existing customers, resolving escalated customer issues and meeting monthly retention goals.
High school diploma or its equivalent;
At least one year of sales experience or three years of customer service support;
Reliable transportation to travel to customer or prospect sites;
Must exhibit a professional appearance and telephone demeanor;
Basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products – e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint;
Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills;
Must be detail-oriented, demonstrate a strong work ethic and be willing to adapt to change;
Demonstrated ability to think analytically and problem solve; and
Must be able to work well with internal customers at all levels of the company.
College degree; and
Experience using a prospect database.
Valid Texas Class C driver’s license; and
Record of safe driving for the last three years as shown on a current motor vehicle report (MVR), with no serious accidents or traffic violations.
