Core work hours: Full Time (40 Hours); Day Shift 8:00a-5:00p; Remote work opportunity Position Summary The Director Human Resources Operational Design & Deployment is responsible for the creation and implementation of design and deployment plans for large-scale strategic initiatives from start to completion. This includes managing a team of analysts and coordinating efforts across all system and entity departments and leading teams to reach milestones and see through to execution. Oversees overall project management of strategic initiatives within plans and devises evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements. Key deliverables for this position include the design, development and implementation of new/revised processes, policies and technology to integrate, simplify, and improve HR operations across the enterprise in order to reach strategic goals.

Job DescriptionStrategic PlanningResponsible for leading the design and execution of initiative work streams including direct and indirect oversight of project leaders, analysts and enterprise-wide teams required for successful implementation.Utilize knowledge base to bring together key stakeholders and leaders for deployment plans.Recruitment of key individuals to participate in the planning and deployment.Identifies and utilizes resources, training, and education which will be needed in the design approach to successfully execute on project objectives.ExecutionIdentify and develop operational workflow requirements while leading the execution processes and people to achieve desired results.Leads change through individual and group facilitation in order to align leaders toward Texas Health strategic goals, relying on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.Oversees overall project management of strategic initiatives within plans.Applies change, risk and resource management principles when needed.Coordinates the efforts across the organization to ensure required tasks are accomplished.Develops alternate course of action should the initial plan fail.Clearly manages and communicates design and deployment plans while providing report outs to senior leaders as requested.Sustainability and Follow ThroughWorks with project team(s) to evaluate strategies to monitor performance and determine measures for success.Works with teams to develop sustainability plan(s) including the determination for any ongoing project need(s) and owner(s).Constantly seeks to improve professional and industry knowledge and develop skills to enhance the ability to provide leadership to projects and to HR.Change ManagementLeads change through individual and group facilitation in order to align leaders and teams towards Texas Health long-term HR strategic goals, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Initiative CommunicationClearly communicates to all levels of the organization (executive to front line care team members) routinely on the progress and value realization, coordination and resource requirements and all other critical aspect of design, implementation and operational sustainment and success.Manages the HR Performance Analytics TeamPrioritizes analytical requests across the enterprise and clearly communicates project prioritization and delivery dates to leadership.Validates analytical approaches and models utilized by team members.Tracks portfolio management and reports to leadership.Works closely with the Data Operations and BI teams to ensure compliance in dashboard and data workflow building.EducationBachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business, or relevant field. RequiredAndMaster's Degree Human Resources, Business, or relevant field. PreferredExperience6 Years Progressive Human Resource experience, preferably in Human Resource Operations or Employee Relations. RequiredandHuman Resource leadership experience such as managing and/or implementing large scale or complex projects and/or direct people management experience. PreferredHealthcare experience.
