I am looking for a reliable photographer (professional or skilled amateur) to take detailed photos and videos of a property. The purpose is to thoroughly document the land, including all exterior features and surroundings.
Job Details:
Capture clear, high-quality photos of the front, back, and sides of the property.
Take shots of property boundaries, street views, and any key landmarks nearby.
If there are structures, photograph all angles, entry points, and any visible interior (if accessible).
Provide a short video walkthrough to offer a full perspective of the property.
Ensure good lighting and clear visibility in all shots.
Requirements:
Must have a decent camera or high-quality smartphone for clear images.
Experience with real estate or land photography is preferred but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and provide unedited digital files upon completion.
Must be able to complete the job within a reasonable timeframe.
Compensation:
Paid upon completion. Rate is negotiable based on experience and quality of work.
