Senior Director, Security Modular Platform Owner (Remote)

We're looking for a visionary and strategic Director to lead the development of our modular security platform and lead security-by-design across our ecosystem.You'll ensure operational resilience, compliance, and scalable secure product delivery by partnering with engineering, architecture, operations, and security teams. You'll lead the platform roadmap, resolve overlapping capabilities, and increase adoption across regions and departments to maximize reuse and accelerate delivery.You will report to the Group CTO and this is a remote position. This is a supervisory position.You'll have opportunity to:Define and lead the vision and roadmap for our modular security platform, aligning with company strategy, customer needs, and market trends.Deliver security capabilities as reusable services, including identity, access control, threat detection, and compliance, through self-service APIs.Champion a modular architecture that enables plug-and-play security components and seamless integration across platforms like Cloud, DevEx, and ITSM.Embed and govern Super Controls as mandatory platform standards, integrating with CI/CD and policy-as-code frameworks.Translate partner insights into product requirements, collaborating with global teams to ensure customer-centric development.Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy and maintain a forward-looking perspective.Define and track Goals to measure product success and guide continuous improvement.
