Your Role:
Lead and Manage: Provide clear direction, maintain accountability, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Develop and leverage the innate strengths of each team member.
Drive Results: Maintain key metrics, optimize processes, and ensure timely project turnaround.
Ensure Quality: Guarantee customer satisfaction by ensuring the team is delivering WOW results on every project.
Ideal Candidate Brings:
Experience: Proven track record as a Residential Remodel Installation Manager with strong leadership and management skills.
Skills: Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and process management.
Results: Ability to drive results through the actions and behaviors of the team.
Qualifications:
Arrives at the Office 7:30 a.m. daily
Clean driving record
Speaks Spanish Fluently!
Ability to listen to customer needs
Ability to climb a ladder with ease to inspect work
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Strong Leadership and Management skills
