Genuent is hiring a Bilingual Customer Services Specialist in Addison, TX. This is a Global client currently in need of a Spanish and English Bi-lingual and Tech Savvy Customer Service Representative. - M-F 8-5pm
- The customer service representative position is responsible for providing customer service assistance to English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
- Makes the initial contact with a client and explains the services available.
- Processes customer orders and payments.
- Maintains customer database: updates data and makes necessary changes.
- Encourages customers to purchase additional products.
- Determines/understands customer s needs with strong objection/response handling.
- Manages customer queries/complaints.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proficient in: Microsoft Office programs
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, Innovative with attention to detail
- Tech savvy with computer applications as well as mobile devices
