In need of skilled maintenance for multiple restaurant locations in St. Thomas.
A large number of small projects; would probably amount to several days work each month.
Must have power tools and transportation as well as license and insurance.
Must be able to complete painting, light plumbing & electrical, minor construction and upgrades.
