In need of a general maintenance person with experience in basic plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repairs, carpentry, and facilities maintenance. Must be able to operate basic lawn maintenance tools and lift 50lbs. Must be proficient in windows based, IOS, and/or Android software. Must be able to communicate efficiently via email.
