Occupancy Inspector

A local inspection company is looking to hire visual occupancy inspectors to verify the condition and occupancy of properties. Will require a vehicle, an up-to-date cell phone with internet, excellent communication skills, able to complete work on time, and able to pass a background check. All inspections are completed out in the field on a cell phone APP, with no paperwork. Payment is paid on completed inspections bi-monthly via direct deposit.
