Established Law firm looking for an energetic, experienced, Client Services Officer.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Answering multi-line phone, calendar management, keeping accurate records, general office support, assist with courier services and working with administration on document management and record keeping

Requirements:

4 years of experience in office administration

Highly organized and self-motivated

Must be proficient in all Office programs

Energetic, friendly and professional

Able to multi-task and work in several different areas within the office environment

Must have own transportation

Must currently reside on St. Thomas
