Performs general office duties, monitors contracts and providers, and otherwise supports department heads with clerical and administrative business details.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Generate Reports and Excel Statistical forms.

2. Compile data in Excel format as requested by program director.

3. Provide MS Word, Excel and Outlook support to staff.

4. Type data into computer.

5. Train aides, clerical workers, volunteers and interns.

6. Prepare written documentation as required by professional staff.

7. Maintain department records, reports, correspondence, and other files as requested.
