Job Description
Systilogic is seeking a dedicated, reliable and experienced cleaner/janitor to join our team in St. Croix, USVI. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment, a willingness to work both inside and outside, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. They should also be courteous and respectful to property tenants, ensuring a positive and professional experience for everyone.
Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
Clean and restock restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal.
Maintain cleanliness of walls, floors, carpets, baseboards, doors, windows, bathroom fixtures, appliances and furnishings
Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs.
Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
Be courteous and respectful to property tenants, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Lock and unlock areas as required.
Qualifications:
Ability to pass a background check.
Proven experience as a cleaner or janitor.
Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
Good physical condition and the ability to lift or move items as needed.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation to and from work. With the ability to travel between two separate locations as needed.
