Occupancy Inspector

A local inspection company is looking to hire P/T visual occupancy inspectors to verify the condition and occupancy of properties. Will require a vehicle, an up-to-date cell phone with internet, excellent communication skills, the ability to complete work on time, and able to pass a background check. All inspections are completed in the field on a cell phone APP, with no paperwork. Payment is made on completed inspections bi-monthly via direct deposit/Paypal.
