Busy Havensight bar seeking an energetic candidate with experience making pizza dough, working pizza ovens and is familiar and comfortable with restaurant kitchen procedures. These daily tasks - food prep, required cooking and setting up supply stations are all key components of the kitchen’s success ensuring Guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
Pizza making experience / full service restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
Consistently uses/promotes safe and sanitary food handling practices.
Efficiently prepares pizzas & wings per customer order.
Assists with operating all kitchen equipment, maintaining the kitchen, assist with cooking other menu items and food item packaging.
Fill in as needed to ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by Management.
Flexibility with schedule.
Punctual, responsible with reliable transportation.
