- Creating a welcoming environment for guests and facilitate their arrival or departure to and from the airport which includes greeting guests upon arrival/departure, opening/closing doors, direct guests to waiting area for taxi shuttle, carrying luggage to taxi shuttle, etc.
- Communicating with drivers and accommodate shuttles accordingly - Tracking arrival/departure flights
- Assisting guests with filling necessary forms (if traveling to the BVI) - Assisting guests with any questions/concerns
