Large law firm on St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands seeks responsible and detail-oriented individual. This in person full-time position involves overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, bookkeeping, client billing, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and general office management duties. Prior accounting experience required (law firm or professional office preferred); proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite; strong organizational and communication skills; discretion and professionalism a must.
