Job Description
As a member of the End User Services (Desktop Support) team, you will provide on-site support of Corporate IT services for Leidos Australian staff,ensuringall desktop services are managed and supported effectively.
You will work closely with the Service Desk and Infrastructure teams to deliver a high level of service to the AU business by demonstrating proficiency in user desktop, laptop, software, printers, telephony, video conferencing and basic networking support.
This opportunity is for a limited 6-month period.
Qualifications
About you and What You Will Bring- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with troubleshooting Windows domains and networks
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of client hardware and software deployment techniques
- Moderate understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts in the field
- Demonstrated experience working within an engineering or project environment (preferably in the defence industry)
- Intermediate skills and experience in the use of MS Office and other relevant software packages and applications
