We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager for our East Zone Australia operations preferably  to be based in Sydney or Melbourne. Applicants from Brisbane will also be considered.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a business strategy to deliver profitable growth for Veolia WTS in the Eastern States region comprising NSW, VIC, QLD and TAS market. You will be leading a large team of Account Managers, Growth Leaders and Field Service Engineers/Representatives. You will be accountable for the development & execution of the strategic growth plan for this region aligned to the larger Oceania region strategic plan.This role will report to the CSM Commercial Leader for Oceania.Key priorities will be:develop new innovative strategic growth plans and sales campaigns from identifying opportunities, developing solutions and proposals etc.develop and maintain a strong pipeline within existing customer base and also targeting new customers and markets. deliver on KPIs and profitable growth through the currency of innovationdisplay risk-taking, creativity & innovation to ensure achievement of MTPmotivate and lead your team to deliver on account management excellence and service excellence pillars and measure customer satisfaction through the NPS processcoach and mentor the sales team and service team, lead from the front & create a unified sales and service culturelead a culture of ethics, quality and EHSP&L leadership of territory with astute focus on business profitability
 The Territory Manager will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organisation, manage complex issues within a functional area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
