We buy fixer-uppers, fully remodel them and then rent them out or sell them to Homeowners. The ability to speak with little to no accent and the ability to write near-native level English is a MUST. This position will start at 20 hours a week and may have flexibility for up to 30 hours a week. $7.00 an hour plus $100 bonus for all leads that end in a closed transaction.
We provide extensive training, support and lead lists. You provide cold calling experience (Real Estate specific and Xencall or Podio experience a PLUS, as well as call center software), dependable internet, and "5-star" reference
