FREIGHT BROKER AGENT - Entry Level Position

We are looking for a number of English Speaking agents to do Outbound Sales
You are required to have the following, if you do not have the following, please do not apply:
1. Is available for 9 hours a day
2. Has previously worked in Outbound Sales.
3. Has a solid command of the English language.
4. Internet connection of 3 Mb or more. It can not be wireless nor through a data card. You should also test that you do not have a latency of over 100ms. You must have a modem with 1 open ethernet port available.
5. A Computer with Windows environment: We work with a windows based web program. We do require for you to have a computer that runs on windows or has a windows environment already installed.
6. Headset: This headset can be simple but it must connect to an ethernet port on our phone. This is to ensure proper phone behavior and call quality.
7. Must have a US Bank Account to direct deposit payroll.
8. Must have a Social Security Number or EIN Number.

This position is responsible for generating new revenue through cold calling leads via the telephone and internet to pursue business. As a Freight broker you will assess business potential, plan and organize call campaigns and provide formal client presentations via web demonstrations.
