We have a opening coming up as admin/estimator. Duties are but not limited to communicating with client/customers/suppliers by email and phone. Getting material quotes and writing up estimates/contracts. Doing takeoffs from drawings a plus.We are a small contractor in which we subcontract to the larger contractors and projects are on base and off base. Familiar with obtains base passes/Debids for employees as well as certified payroll. Past experience with other construction companies a plus. Salary based on experience.
