Senior Associate, Global Payments Services

This role supports banking connectivity, payment process transitions, operational optimization, and strategic technology initiatives. This includes:Engaging with internal clients and counterparty banks to establish Relationship Management Application (RMA) connectivityManaging issue escalations and coordinating with banking partners to resolve connectivity and fee-related concernsFacilitating knowledge transfer and training sessions for seamless handover to GPS OperationsCollaborating with GPS process owners and experts to map and validate payment processes in payment platform ensuring alignment with client expectationsDocumenting and aligning legacy payment processes with GPS standardsCollaborating with technology teams to define operational needs for new payment platformsParticipating in user acceptance testing (UAT), rollout planning and various system improvement initiativesMaintaining Smartsheet-based trackers for project visibility and prioritizationEnsuring all deliverables and client queries are met as stipulated in the SLAsEnsure all processes are performed in accordance with operational procedures and controls and all relevant checklists are completed.Participate in special projects including system upgrades, BCP planning & testingAny other ad-hoc tasks as required.
