Manager, Client Operations, Fund of Fund Custody

Report to the Senior Associate Director, Client Operations, Fund Administration, a list of your responsibilities will include:Review administrator documents for subscription, redemption, and transfer trades for the clients.Preparing or assisting the team members in the AML and KYC packages as required by the respective administrators of the underlying funds.Ensuring that all custody trades assigned to the team are executed as per the deadline without exceptions.Review of wires for settlement of custody trades. Performing callbacks with third parties.Training new members in the teamParticipate in multiple system improvement projects and automation projects.Liaising with client, third party and internal client operations teams for resolving queries and issues with respect to custody trade executionAllocating custody trades and wires to the preparersEnsuring all emails third party and internal are responded by the teamEnsure all custody trades executed by the team have been confirmed and accepted as per the deadlineAssist the team members with their queries on BAUsFinding gaps and risks in the current processes and taking the required steps to fill the gaps and overcome the risksLiaise with internal IT teams to implement changes as neededEnsure that SOPs for processes are in place and the team members are following those
