Maintenance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Maintenance Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of facility maintenance to ensure a safe, functional, and comfortable work environment for our employees.Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for all building systems and equipmentManage and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution of issuesOversee and coordinate the work of maintenance staff and external contractorsConduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential problemsManage maintenance budgets, including cost estimation and controlEnsure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulationsImplement energy-efficient practices to optimize resource utilizationMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performancePrepare and present regular reports on maintenance operations and key performance indicatorsCollaborate with other departments to minimize disruptions during maintenance activities
