As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our housekeeping department, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.Coordinate and oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring efficient communication between housekeeping staff, front office, and other departmentsManage room status updates and coordinate with front office to ensure timely room availability for guest arrivalsHandle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionSupervise housekeeping staff, including room attendants and public area cleaners, to maintain cleanliness standards throughout the propertyMonitor and maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipmentConduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standardsCoordinate with maintenance department for timely resolution of repair and maintenance issuesManage lost and found items, ensuring proper documentation and storageAssist in training new housekeeping staff and conducting performance evaluationsImplement and maintain safety and security procedures within the housekeeping departmentPrepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and schedulesCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations
